Scarlett (registered name Be My Angelo) is a 9 year old FHH registered mare sired by Michaelangelo. She rides nicely western and drives (although I haven’t tried driving her myself, nor have I ridden her in English tack). I bought her from a kill barn so this is all I know of her history. She can be a bit stand-offish until she warms up to you. Under saddle she’s all business, backs, neck reins, etc. No buck or rear. She has a beautiful floating trot and learns quickly, potential for eventing. I’ve been told she has had nice foals in the past so could also be used for breeding. She’s still a little reactive at times and I had hoped to use her for a beginner rider. She is currently working with a trainer and will continue to do so until sold.
