Come meet Jewel, a 15.2 hand palomino mare walking horse. UTD on all shots and coggins.
She is a wonderful trail horse, have not encountered anything yet that she's been scared of: 4 wheelers, bicycles, deer, dogs, vehicles, etc. Loads and unloads from trailer with no issues. Great for farrier and vet. Will stand tied for hours without even pawing. We bought her as a rescue (starved) and we have too many horses or we would keep her.
She is probably the smoothest gaited horse I've ever ridden, even going fast. I have put my grandchildren on her with no issues but I wouldn't recommend her for a total beginner because she likes to move out. She will always slow down or stop when you ask though. She seems to really like children. We think she will make her new owner very happy.
