BJ is 18-20 age verified by Dentist. He is easy to be around, not pushy. Stands quietly for saddling and bridle, stands for use of 3 step mounting block. He goes in and out of trailer easily. In March 2026 he was wormed, vaccinated, sheath cleaned, hooves trimmed and his teeth were floated. Dentist said BJ's teeth are in very good condition.
BJ's history is vague- trail riding, parades and previously owned and worked hard by Amish. For the last 2 years he has been a back yard pet-used for the kids to be lead around on.
I took him to a trainer for evaluation, and she stated he was in good condition; he has a good walk and running walk, but she did not work him beyond that.
He is currently getting glucosamine pellets daily along with horse guard, hay and beet pellets.
He is at the bottom of the pecking order-he even gives way to our mini.
