Mexicali Due, 2018 registered ApHC, light palomino mare. Has appaloosa characteristics. No spots. She stands 15.1 and approximately 950 pounds. Long mane and full tail. She is sired by ApHC stallion Scottish Due and out of AQHA palomino mare Mexicali Tequila. She was brought up slow into the mounted shooting world. Has competed in clean shooter jackpots and CMSA events in Arizona and New Mexico. Very comfortable with gunfire and patterns. Currently ridden in senior ladies 5 class, M4 class and lead-line for 2 small wranglers in limited class. Does have a good handle on her. Can really turn a barrel. Knows her leads. She can be turned out with her mare friends. She has been down the trail 1000's of miles. She's an excellent trail horse. Has a nice steady walk. Loads and hauls in trailer with no issues. She has been kept up to date on vaccines, wormers, shoes and teeth. No maintenance issues. Pre-purchase exams welcome at buyers expense. Would make an older youth who knows how to ride a good mount. She has been ridden in the mountains by novice with no problems. She will walk in and out of the arena but she is ready to run when you tell her to.
