Jazz is a flashy black and white POA gelding that always gets a second look and tons of compliments.
This boy is an absolute gem under saddle and has been a wonderful confidence builder for my daughter. He is safe and reliable, and the same horse whether you ride him every day or once a month.
He has taken great care of my daughter and has been the kind of horse I never had to worry about once she climbed on.
He has experience in Showmanship, Walk/Trot, Western Pleasure, Horsemanship, and Trail. He is also said to have ridden English before us, but we don’t ride that discipline. He has successfully shown in 4-H and open shows. He knows his job!
Jazz has been shown and maintained by youth throughout his life, and he has spent some time in a lesson program as well.
He has his PHC at 56”….but he’s a big boy 😉Completely suitable for adult riders as well.
Jazz does have a big personality and can occasionally be a little pushy or impatient on the ground (nothing dangerous),so he benefits from someone who will be consistent and reinforce good ground manners. A quick reminder is all that is needed.
Under saddle, however, he is a perfect gentleman and goes straight to work. No longing is ever needed with him.
He’s definitely more whoa than go. Fast is not one of his gears. He’ll run a barrel pattern, just not fast 😆
