Started under saddle September 2025 and has been ridden consistently since. Zeph has been started and trained using The Downunder Horsemanship Method. He is currently working on the riding exercises in the Advanced series. He has been to several open shows so far this year and is very level headed and takes things in stride. He has been shown in Showmanship, Horsemanship, Ranch Rail, Ranch Riding and Trail. Even with only having a handful of shows under his belt, he has ribbons to show.


Zeph will stand tied. He's great for a bath and grooming. He is excellent for the farrier and vet. He is fine being stalled or turned out. He walks right into the trailer and backs out calmly. He loves attention and is easy to catch. His training will continue consistently until he is sold. No vices.


Zeph will be in the Poweshiek County fair as well as the Iowa State Fair where he will not only be shown in FFA classes but the Cowgirl Queen contest. Because of this he isn't available until after the State Fair is over.


Zeph is up to date on all cares. 5 way vaccine given February 2026. Teeth floated June 2026. Current coggins. Trimmed every 6-8 weeks. He is sound and has been kept barefoot.


This was a project my daughter completed in the hopes of selling him for some college money. Zeph has been a pleasure to train. He's eager to learn and enjoys having a job.
