He has a kind disposition and low in the pecking order, making him easy to keep with other horses. With his extensive training on cattle he is a fun and competitive team pen/sorting horse. He is a great lesson horse for advanced beginners wanting to learn to rein or work cows, while still being enjoyable for more experienced riders looking for a fun, dependable mount.
