10-year-old Quarter Horse/Percheron cross mare standing 15.2 hands and weighing approximately 1,200–1,300 lbs. She is a sound, sturdy, and dependable all-around trail horse with previous experience working at an equestrian center, making her suitable for riders of many ages and experience levels.
She has extensive experience riding alone or in large groups and is confident on a variety of terrain, including hills, water crossings, and uneven footing. She rides quietly in a halter, bareback, or with a saddle, has a willing attitude, and is easy to handle both on the ground and under saddle. She has plenty of forward movement when asked but is otherwise calm, relaxed, and level-headed.
She has been around small children, large horse herds (10+ horses), cattle, and dogs, and gets along well with other animals. She stands quietly for the veterinarian and farrier, is an easy keeper with no special maintenance, and has a negative Coggins within the last year.
