Respectable ground manners, easy to lunge, stands to be mounted, ties and self loads in trailer. Current has front shoes. Teeth & Shots UTD April, 2026. No health or maintenance issues. Squash is smooth and responsive off the bridle and leg. He is fairly solid in the arena & on the trail, has a decent neck rein, back and stop. He has been ridden on trail courses and various trails. Squash is happiest in the front of the group when trail riding, he is forward and will go for hours (possible endurance prospect). He is slower in the arena than out in the open, he just likes to see the sights! Confident alone on the trails and his spook is a side step, surge forward or snort. He is more confident on the trail with natural elements, if he spooks it is typically at manmade objects (like a tractor). No dirty bolts or ejects. Great in herd dynamic, bottom of totem pole and overall friendly guy. Ridden in a 3 piece lozenge snaffle or bridleless, not ridden in spurs. I wouldn’t quite call him a family/kids horse due to his forward desires but he is definitely safe for a kid to lead line on. Rider is 5’10.
