WP Blue Eyes Cryin Aka “Nelson”. Nelson is a handsome black gelding. Foaled 4/20/2023, registered with Rocky Mountain Horse Association. He stands 14.2 hands tall.
This nice 3 year old gelding has the personality of a puppy dog. He’s super gentle and will meet you at the gate. He wants to go to work.
Super easy to handle, very respectful when being lead. He will not walk on you or in front of you. Nelson stands for the farrier, clipping, bathing, fly spray and being saddled. He will step over to you to be mounted. Stands perfectly still when mounting and dismounting, and walks off calmly when you are ready. Just point him in the direction you want to go. He will go anywhere you ask. Just set your hand down and Nelson will flat walk on a loose rein. He has a nice slow or fast flat walk all on a loose rein. Has a smooth gate and a nice collected lope. He knows his leads. Has an amazing stop. You better be sitting down when you say whoa! Works off of leg pressure. Steps over logs, crosses water, will climb anything and take his time coming down. He never panics when things get tough. He thinks his way through. Has never offered to buck, rear or kick. You can ride him alone or with other horses. Walks into the trailer and will back out. You can lead him off of a UTV. Nelson has the potential to make a great kids horse.
Nelson has a great mind and would make a great addition to anyone’s home!
