Maggie is 16 years young and has been on the back burner living the good life in a pasture, but she has all the training under that belly waiting to be tuned up. With a more consistent program she would make a great show (western, dressage, ranch?) or trail horse. I can put beginners on her but she does better with a more confident rider. This horse is all mare, super cool, and a barefoot beauty. I can go months without riding her, pull her out and take her for a spin around the arena like we have been doing it every day. Video is from just a few weeks ago, before that she was ridden less than 5 times in the last 12 months. I bred her about 8 years ago and discovered her superpower is being an amazing mama. She had no issues during pregnancy and foaled a beautiful overo foal. She loved being a mama and would be happy popping babies out all day long if that is what you decide to do. She is a super easy keeper and is currently out 24/7 with my other mare. She does great year round outside without a blanket or in the barn with her blanket on. She clips, bathes, and hauls (although she really hasn’t been trucked around much lately). No maintenance, no injuries, no colic. I love this horse and want to find her a person who speaks mare, has a gentle touch, and can give her the time and attention she deserves. I have owned her since she was a 3 year old, I know her complete history, and she is truly a find for the right person. I have two mares for sale right now, I couldn’t decide which one to sell so they are both available, only one will be sold. Tears will be shed.
