Sable is a beautiful 3-year-old registered AQHA mare with an eye-catching roan bay/buckskin color and an exceptional foundation of training. She is well-trained, talented, responsive, and has all the buttons while still being a pleasure to ride and handle.
⭐ WHY SABLE STANDS OUT
Sable has the combination that is hard to find in a young horse: training, talent, a willing attitude, and an excellent mind.
She is sweet, kind, gentle, and genuinely enjoyable to be around. She has a really good head on her shoulders and is confident and level-headed when introduced to new things. She takes unfamiliar situations in stride—if something does seem to bother her, by the time you blink, she is over it. She doesn't dwell on things.
She gets along well with her pasture mates and truly does not have a mean bone in her body.
And she has plenty of personality! Sable absolutely loves butt scratches and an alfalfa hay cube mash after a good ride.
🏇 TRAINING & ARENA WORK
Sable is fun to ride and works softly and willingly. She has a solid foundation and is responsive without being difficult.
She can:

• Side pass
• Turn around/spin
• Counterbend
• Guide softly and responsively
• Work willingly through different exercises and situations
She has the foundation, athleticism, and willingness to continue developing in whichever direction her next rider chooses.
🌲 TRAIL EXPERIENCE
This is where Sable really shines.
She is excellent on the trail, whether riding alone or with a group. She is confident, willing, and enjoyable to take out.
She has experience with:
• Riding out alone
• Riding with groups
• Roads and different environments
• Water
• Rivers and streams
She will confidently cross rivers and streams and doesn't need another horse to give her confidence.
🚛 TRAILERING
Sable loads easily and has been trailered all around, giving her valuable experience for such a young horse.
Transportation to her new home is also available. I only charge for gas and a small trip fee, making it easier to get Sable safely to you.
Sable has excellent manners both on the ground and under saddle.
She:
