If you are searching for your one in a million kind of horse, look no further! Tucker is a true unicorn of a horse and has quickly managed his way into my heart. Tucker is a 6-year-old, 14.2-hand QH gelding. He may be small, but he is the whole package. Tucker is an absolute saint to be around and is extremely fun to ride. He is incredibly patient, brave, and very well-broke. Reliable is an understatement when it comes to Tucker. He is truly an outstanding gelding and a once in a lifetime kind of horse. In the barn, Tucker will happily stand to be groomed, fly sprayed, tacked up, and absolutely loves getting pets! He has impeccable ground manners and is a total gentleman. He is easy to catch, respectable to lead, and always willing to please. Handling him is incredibly easy, which makes every encounter with Tucker enjoyable. In the arena, Tucker is a rockstar! He stands patiently and quietly for mounting and will walk, trot, and canter on an extremely loose rein while maintaining a comfortable, smooth, steady pace. He will ride with contact as well as on a loose rein. Tucker is nicely responsive without being sensitive. He will ride English, Western, bareback, and even... BRIDLELESS! He moves off leg pressure extremely well and will sidepass, back up from leg cues, and even steer with just your leg. Tucker does not scare easily and will ride around the ring even with a large tarp over him. Whether he is riding alone or in a crowded ring, he stays the same honest, dependable horse and is always willing to please. On the trail, Tucker is a dream. It doesn't matter where you are with him, Tucker stays true to himself and his rider. He is confident, QUIET, and calm! Ride him on a loose rein, bareback, backwards, or even standing up, and he will safely navigate you through the trails. He will lead or follow, go out in a group, or happily head out on a hack alone. Even when something unexpected catches his attention, he stays extremely level-headed and sensible. Tucker does not mind loud machinery, wildlife, vehicles, or bikers. He crosses creeks, ditches, and bridges with ease and is sure footed. He stays quiet throughout the entirety of the trail ride and never gets antsy to head back to the barn. Tucker is the kind of horse who truly speaks for himself, there simply aren’t enough words to describe just how special he is. He has the mind, the talent, the temperament, and the heart that so many people spend years searching for. Whether you are looking for a dependable trail partner, a fun arena horse, or simply a horse you can trust to take care of you, Tucker checks every box. I feel incredibly lucky to have had the opportunity to know and love Tucker, and I have no doubt that his next owner will feel just as lucky to call him theirs!
