Athletic young mare is looking for her lifetime partner to bring her along and develop. Antigravity (“Gigi”) has beautiful, ground covering movement and is likely to excel as an eventing mount or adult amateur jumper. With her clean, floating hunter movement, she should make an excellent, and stunning, dressage or equitation partner. She has a kind, gentle nature for general handling. Gigi has only been lightly started with ninety days May-July 2023 and sixty days professional training in April/May 2022 with Anna Collier of Vossenburg Farm. She has had down time since to continue maturing. Gigi is purebred Thoroughbred (registered APHA and in Westfalen main mare book) with a whole other gear for performance. Her trainer reports that she is forward under saddle. With proper training and conditioning, Gigi should readily develop into a multi ring/discipline horse. However, at this time, as a green, lightly backed horse, she is not suitable for beginners or those not experienced with younger horses. Gigi absorbs attention, loves to be doted on and would best be suited in a home where she can get lots of one-on-one attention. Her sweet yet subdued personality does mean that she can be easy bullied or stressed in a herd environment, especially with more domineering or high energy horses. She seems to really enjoy the company of senior horses. Her future owner should note that Gigi has had a dentigerous cyst successfully removed as a yearling and as a result has a small scar below her right ear. She also has reduce motion of that ear and can be a bit tentative of activity on that side of her face. I suspect, though vet has never confirmed, that she may have reduced hearing; she has low reactivity to loud, sudden sounds and is rarely vocal. Maybe this is because she lives in a quieter world or is just an example of her subdued nature. Gigi is not eligible for Jockey Club registration as she was conceived via AI. Gigi will come with a Lifetime USEF registration and retained first right refusal (buy back option). Whether she is used for show or pleasure, I particularly want to see her placed in the Pacific Northwest with someone that will enjoy her quirky, wallflower personality and easygoing nature. She is kept up-to-date on shots, deworming and regular trims. She is not available for trials or trades. She has only been *lightly* saddle broke and is not suitable for beginner riders, first horse projects or for those that assume her generally calm personality means she won’t have young horse moments. Must provide farrier, vet and trainer references
