Amadeus is a symphony to watch move, he's friendly, gorgeous, in your pocket, such a love, and what a head turner!! He is a wonderful therapy horse (soooo tuned in and connected with his human friends) and a blast to ride, though needs careful management for some metabolic challenges (suuper easy keeper, too easy and needs low NSC's) and occasional bodywork/ chiropractic care for his lumbars that need some attention now and then. My treeless saddle or riding him bareback seem to help him stay in, though he does need a conscientious rider who's tuned in enough to listen to his comfort level, as his work ethic is extreme and his body doesn't always hold up to his determination to excel. He needs and intermediate or advanced rider, as this work ethic has lots of go that comes with it... plenty of whoa too, but not enough for a beginner. Has great manners and is an absolute blast to ride, he is gaited though will trot if the rider doesn't know how to keep him in his single foot (I barely do). Even his trot is pretty smooth though, and he LOVES hitting the trail. He loves kids also, and has taken mine who are fairly advanced beginners and done great with them on the trails, though I wouldn't represent him as a kids horse. Wonderful bare feet, up to date on all health care, healthy happy sweetheart. Great home a must!!
