Snoot is a grulla overo 9 year old Percheron/Paint cross broke for an intermediate rider. She stands 15.2h. She’s got a nice smooth trot and easy to ride canter. She does step right out at a walk so much so she keeps up with our gaited horses easily. She does nothing naughty, she just still takes a lot of confidence from her rider on the trails yet. In the arena an advanced beginner would do well with her. If ridden more regularly, I could see her being a horse anyone can ride with how level headed she is. She can sit for long periods and doesn’t get naughty. Her biggest vice is she is hard to catch. She has had 4 foals, 2 for us and she is currently open. She has been used for some roping in the past but we have used her for trail rides and as a broodmare. She is currently open by choice, but she does settle easily, foal out on her own and is a good mama. She’s an easy keeper, has good feet and is UTD on her teeth, hoof care, deworming, vaccinations and has a current coggins.
