Choctaw is a 10 yr old 14.2 QH I’ve had him over a year and a half. He came from a ranch and worked on a feedlot. Roped, doctored and typical ranch work. He’s done some breakaway and gaming. He will do anything you ask of him and try his best. He loves water and will swim with you on his back. Crosses creeks, bridges and will go up or down anything. Will also go through thick brush being asked to chase a bear. He is VERY smart. I’ve taught him tricks and he knows how to ask for an apple or a banana with talking buttons. Loads, travels, adjusts to new places , bathes , good with hot and cold shoes, bodywork and chiro. Fine with quads, chainsaws and most loud noises. Ok with traffic, perfect with dogs under foot. Will stand tied for hours and respects fencing or fake Hotwire.

Problem is he can be jumpy. Odd considering he’s so good with stimuli , it’s very idiopathic. He also can be very shy, he just doesn’t care about being pet or people. When he’s tied or if offered a treat he’s very tolerant. NEVER been mean just indifferent. I’m looking to sell, lease or trade for something more stable. I’m getting older and need more of a steady Eddy. If I was younger I’d keep this horse as he’s got a lot going for him. I have tons of videos from gaming , trail and breakaway , he has a YouTube under Whitey Bob it shows his ranch work.
