Update 11/13/23 Genesis went to Equine Affaire and acted like she had been there a thousand times before. She was easy to handle, walked all around the grounds, walked around the Colosseum for the sale horse demo and then jumped back on the trailer to come home with no issues. This is one special little mare! From the owner: This gorgeous black blagdon two year old is the near identical replica of her momma, who is the embodiment of a true proper cob. Genesis is top quality and boasts foundation lines such as: The Sham Horse, Henry Conners, The Lob Eared Horse, and The Ballinsloe Mare. She is loaded with thick and feather and already a big stocky girl. From the trainer: This filly has turned into the nicest, most well mannered mare. I have handled Genesis since her birth at the farm and I can say with confidence she is ready to go any direction you choose. With her spectacular bloodlines, hair, and feather she is ready for the show ring. She has extensive groundwork knowledge, has worn the surcingle without reaction, and been led down the trails through water and over logs. She is easy going enough that the students can handle her without worry. Genesis currently stands around 13-13.1 hands and should make 13.2-13.3 easily. Her mother resides at the farm and is 13.3 and takes up a rider's leg nicely. We have put riders on her as tall as 5'8 and they didn't look out of place. Genesis stands for the vet and farrier, trailers with ease, and stands quietly when tied. She is up to date on all vaccines. If you are ready for the gypsy of your dreams, this mare has all of the potential! Located at Rocky Coast Gypsy Cobs in South Berwick Maine but can be seen at this year's Equine Affaire in W.Springfield Mass. Asking $25,000
