Storm is a 7 year old, 16.3 hand thoroughbred. I have taken him off property many times on trail rides, and horse shows. He is a great step up horse for someone who is looking to further their showing career. I took him to his first show earlier this year showing in hunters and he acted like a complete gentleman. He loaded on the trailer with no problem and settled into the new show environment like he has done this a hundred times before. I ended up showing him in the 2'6 hunter class and he made all the strides with ease and height was not a problem since I have jumped him 3'6 at home. I would trust him with him with a handy kid just because he is a big horse. He is a large boned horse for a Thoroughbred, Good confirmation with straight legs and plenty of scope. He would succeed in the hunter world with his large stride but he has the confidence for cross country, and jumpers. He doesn't need any maintenance and he is only shod on the front.
