Meet Niner, he is "Truly A Gold Mine"
Junior High / High School Rodeo Barrel and Reined Cow Horse
Niner and I qualified for the California High School Rodeo State Finals in both events. He would be a great horse for a junior high or high school barrel racer. He loves barrel racing and is good at the gate.
Collegiate Stock Horse and Ranch Versatility Horse - Niner has been shown in reining, trail, western pleasure, and cow working classes in Western State Stock Horse shows for Oregon State University Stock Horse Club. Niner was top ten in the Novice Rookie class at every show I took him to this past year. Niner switches leads beautifully and picks up leads off your hips and cues. He has nice spins and rollbacks, and enjoys working cattle.
Niner is also a great trail horse who enjoys gathering and sorting cattle on our North Coast ranch. He is sure-footed and willing to do whatever is asked of him.
Niner is up to date on shots, Coggins, and was dewormed in April. His hocks and stifles are injected to keep him in great shape and we give him Adequan and Isoxsuprine. I am only the second person to own him and have had Niner for the past 9 years.
