Sadly outgrown, Baxter is available for lease or purchase to an exceptional home ONLY (references a must). No lesson programs. Lease is preferred. Baxter is a small pony with a BIG personality. He would be best suited for a smaller bold rider. A beginner would be OK as long as it’s the right person. An advanced beginner would be best. He likes the trails and will go out alone or with a group. He LOVES his person but he likes to sneak in a pony trick here and there. He has both leads and is still working on canter transitions but they are coming along. He is athletic, loves to jump, but does not have a lot of experience. He has been off property, trailers, clips, and can be a little pushy for shots but once he’s told how to behave, he does. Not a lot of spook, but will peek at things on a cold windy day. He can also be a bit pushy on the crossties, but he will stand like a statue when he knows he can’t get away with it. Baxter is more go that woah. He’s got a gas pedal and likes to do his job with a little bit of sass. He would be best suited for a kid who likes to be adventurous and doesn’t get flustered by his antics. Though never dangerous, he will make you work for it. He loves to be told he’s a good boy. He’s got a big stride and with the right kid, could do well in the show ring with some more work. Baxter has some dietary restrictions due to laminitic flare ups. This has been well maintained for 3 years with dietary accommodations.
