Diesel is a 15h, 12-13 year old grade QH gelding. Don’t worry about his height, this little guy is built like a tank. Front shoes on right now, but could easily go barefoot. 100% sound. Smooth ride. Gentle as can be and loves attention. Amazing ground manners. Ties or crossties. He neck reins, side passes, spins. Has worked cows. Might have some roping experience too, haven’t tested that out yet. Great trail horse, goes alone or with other horses, doesn’t care what position he’s in. Goes over or through anything you point him at.
The cons? He is very sensitive. He would NOT do well with a nervous rider. If you’re confident, he’s confident. If you’re nervous, he’s nervous. He’s not spooky, just sensitive, he just needs someone he can rely on. He would do absolutely great with a very confident beginner. Please, serious inquiries only. $2500
