Whoa! Take a look at Socks! We have owned him since he was a weanling colt and we are going to miss him. We started him as a 2 yr old in Colorado and kept him there until spring of 3 yr old yr and used him to do some shed hunting. Socks is a big strong gelding that will excel in several performance events such as heading, heeling ,cow horse or ranch and trail. Socks will cross rivers and go over logs, up mountains or down the canyons. He does a nice spin and a really good stop. Roping the hot heels and and also some ranch roping. Does some tricks such as lay down and set up on his butt. Socks has a real ground covering walk that can go all day. Takes his leads and will side pass to a gate. Nice broke gelding that is good to look at also. Stands 15 h and weighs 1200. 100% sound
