"Apple" (as my little baby girl so named him....) is comfy, smooth, and super broke. This is the only horse alive...that was the very first horse that my baby girl ever showed at her first horse show when she was tiny ~ we have wonderful memories with this guy. He has since then been a beloved pet for a great customer for several years, he is only offered for sale due to owner's serious health issues and no longer being able to spend time with Apple. She used him for tons of clinics, local shows, and spent countless hours trail riding on him. He is just as puppy dog sweet, friendly, and gentle as they come. Apple was originally trained and started as a Reiner, he has a beautiful handle, turns around both ways, rolls back, lopes off, has a big stop, backs, up, side passes, and has a lead change. This is the kind everyone is after. He is soft, easy going, kind, and extremely comfortable to ride. He is a push style horse that never gives you more then you ask for and is so relaxed and so very easy and uncomplicated to ride. He goes out quietly alone and with other horses, rides relaxed literally anywhere that you have him...we have done some extreme things with this guy in town and in traffic. He LOVES seeing new things and loves crowds, commotion, attention and traffic! He literally enjoys going to town and seeing what is going on, he has the most adorable, fun, relaxed personality that you could ask for. Gentle enough for grandma, grandpa, the grandbabies, and for timid, nervous, or scared riders. Slim has been used out on the ranch, roped off of, has gathered and sorted, been on the head side in the roping pen, and has also been rode out in the mountains. He has been in parades and grand entries, used to flag at the rodeos, and has spent tons of time babysitting. He loves being kept up in the barn, but he's happy out anywhere, with any group. No vices, or bad habits, super ground manners, easy to saddle, bridle, clip, bathe, ties quiet, no pawing, great on and off the trailer, and perfect for the vet and farrier. He is a grandson of Smart Chic Olena, and out of a "Rooster" Gallo Del Cielo / foundation bred mare. If your looking for that total package gelding, prime age, well bred, gorgeous, trained, gentle for anyone, with a nice handle, here he is! ....We sure wish that we had 10 of these standing around! all of the time!
