Zippy” is a 16 yr old grade (was registered, papers have been lost by the family, so selling as grade), all around gelding. He is a gorgeous bay and stands 15.2 hands. The sweetest personality and disposition. He has been extensively shown and a point earner, in Showmanship, Pleasure, horsemanship, and HUS with his previous owner. He has spent a couple years turned out while his owner was ill. We have recently started getting him back in shape and have been using him in our lesson program. Zippy loves children and youth riders and would make a fantastic 4-H and open show horse. With a little more tuning up and a refresher he could go back to being very competitive. He does have a spur stop but rides just fine for the lesson kids who are just starting out and don’t understand or advanced enough to use a spur stop. He has good turns, side passes and with a rider that has knows pleasure horses he can really frame up. Nice showmanship horse, a little rusty on the 360s but that can easily be tightened up, very nice quick set up and beautiful trot offs. No Vices, loads and hauls very well. Zippy is great for all ages and level of riders. He is a very nice gelding that is very enjoyable to ride and be around. He baths, clips, and loves to be groomed.
