We've owned Gideon 8 years and have decided he is too tall for us as we age!!
He is super sweet and has no major vices. He is well suited for many types of riding. He is a bit of a kick ride- excellent brakes and travels fine on contact or on a loose rein. He is UTD on all cares and is currently sharp shod. He has never had any health or soundness issues. We recommend a strong beginner or intermediate rider as Gideon is a big un-sure on the ground at times if not being ridden consistently. Does well in new areas and situations. Gideon goes anywhere you point him. Over dead fall, bridges, water- doesn't mind working cattle at all. Ties quietly, does not paw. Loads into any trailer and backs out or turns around quietly. Not herd bound. Very independent thinking horse. Travels well in a group of horses and houses nicely in the pecking order - has only been to pasture with geldings since we've owned him. $22,500.
