“Skipper” is a 2014 AQHA gelding standing 15.0 hands. This big pretty gelding has the size and the shape for whatever anyone could need. If you’re looking for your next ranch horse, trail horse or rope horse prospect he is ready to go.

This gelding has been used on the ranch to move cows, check fence, and if you can think of the job he has probably done it. He would be great for any branding, gathering, sorting needed to be done. He has a confident feel that’s enjoyable to take for miles. Not only will he try all day, he has the handle to make it fancy. He lopes off on a loose rein, or up in the bridle – it makes no difference to him! He will only go as fast as he is asked, always wanting to please. A specific perk to the gelding is that he has the cutest, most enjoyable “short lope” everyone strives for. He truly is a gentleman.

Beyond his ranching experience he has been trail rode extensively. He will make a quick ride out back or a day long journey out on the trails truly enjoyable, back through woods, up/down down the hills through the water he takes it all with ease. Has been exposed and continues to be a gentleman about commotion. No issues with traffic, dogs, etc.
