Reno was raised and used on a large-scale cattle operation and has done every ranch job imaginable—gathering rough country, dragging calves, sorting tight, doctoring outside, and handling sale barn chaos. He’s cowy, gritty when needed, and confident in close quarters. He knows gates, holds pressure, and positions himself naturally on cattle. In the arena, he’s incredibly well broke with all the buttons—soft in the bridle, smooth transitions, correct turnarounds, solid stop, fluid sidepass, and rides one-handed or bareback in a halter. He lopes collected circles, picks up both leads with ease, and stays between the reins without babysitting. He recently just came home from 4 months of ranch versatility training and even dipped his toes in a local show.
