This girl is nice! She is registered AQHA, Papers in my name and in my hands. Really nice bloodlines! Include the great Smart Little Lena 2 times and Doc Olena 4 times in her pedigree! I really like this little mare. I have owned her for 2 years. I started her and she was very willing and easy to train and work with. She retains her training. We have worked her with the lariat rope, flags, trail rides, water, indoor arena, and outdoor arena, and more. Easy to catch. Halters, leads, ties, bathes, loads, hauls calmly. Lunges, good grounds manners. Good with her feet, Up to date on trims and wormer, barefoot and 100% sound. PPE Welcome. Good in a herd, lower on the pecking order. Easy on fences, she stays in. We have taken her camping and trail riding. She will ride in any order, back, middle, front, has ponied and been ponied. Red Hen was very willing to obey me and go through water, near a loud water fall, down a stair stepped side hill into a river, and more. She does take to her rider's emotions and feelings. After I ride her and work her have put my kids on her and they do good together. She is very light to que. Not a dead head, For that reason she is not a beginners horse. I'd like to see her in the hands of someone who knows horses and will continue her training and treat her right. With the right child or youth, she would make a fantastic rodeo, OHSET, or 4-H horse. She is kind and wants to do what is right. My kids handle her and she is good to them. used to bikes, machines, quads, dogs, etc. I am downsizing my herd. Once a few go, the rest stay. She is a nice mare to be around and not a problem. I would be happy to keep her and you would be happy to own her. :) Videos of her from last year: https://youtu.be/eJ7f2ac7m-U https://youtu.be/S0ZGRs_7tAc We did take some of the trail riding this summer. I need to find time and get them posted to you tube. Pedigree link: https://www.allbreedpedigree.com/shady+lady+olena I do have a nice foundation bred stallion. If the person who buys her wants to breed her to my stud in a couple years, I will discount $150 off his stud fee. :) Livingwatersranch. webs. com
