Meet Goose. He has been lightly started and is still green. Only reason I’m selling him is because I do not have the confidence to ride young horses or the time I thought I’d have. He had 60 days last fall, and 30 days under saddle this summer. He walk trot lopes under saddle, stops backs, knows the basics. He needs someone with the confidence to take him to the next level and the time to put into him. He loads great, stands for vet and farrier, stands to be saddled and mounted, he’s just very young and needs more time. He had 8 months off during winter and spring and the trainer was on him in 3 days, he retains all information/training very well. He wants to please and loves to learn. Again, he is green and needs an experienced rider to give him a job.
