Millie is the first to greet you at the gate, she loves having her face rubbed, she has excellent ground manners, loading, hauling, standing for the farrier, standing in ties and crossties, grooming, fly spray. She gets along with mares and geldings, loves trails riding, will hack out alone or with others. She has no vices, no buck, rear, or kick. She is sound and wears front shoes for show jumping, but was barefoot when we bought her. She has been ridden western and English. She has shown 2'9" at schooling shows this past summer and has scope for more, she easily cleared a 3'6" jump and has auto lead changes. She does best when she feels a connection with her person, she seems to rely on her person to give her confidence when she feels nervous or unsure. My daughter is in college and does not have the time for her, so we are looking for a home that would give her lots of love (and treats!) Price negotiable for fast sale and excellent home.
