Nothing Else Will Do “Haley” is a 2009 Sorrel mare by Zippos Shadow Watch out of Nothing Else Matters. She is a registered AQHA and 15 hands. In all she has 6 AQHA hall of fame on her papers. She is western pleasure bred but is being used all around right now. She stands well for vet and farrier procedures, loads easy and quick. She is up to date on all shots has a current Coggins and teeth were floated in July. Haley rides well western or English, she goes best in a hackamore and does very well bareback. She is very responsive to voice, leg and rein aids. She is toward the top of the herd order, but she is not lead mare. She is naturally a laid-back horse and not much bothers her! She has been on numerous trail rides, obstacle events, playdays and nothing has phased her. Because of her sensitivity to aids, it is best she is ridden by an intermediate to experienced rider as the rider should be aware of what ques they are giving her. However, she has had several people of varying skill levels ride her under supervision being used as a lesson horse. She is trustworthy. Haley does react to fly bites. It is manageable with steroid injections, fly spray, mask, and sheet. Because of this she tends to scratch her mane so it’s a little thin at the moment.
