Ruby is a 6 year old (5/10/17) Morgan/Arab mare. Mom is a registered Arab. 15.1-15.2hh
Ruby is searching for her own person that doesn’t mind a few mare-ish quirks. (Happy to go further into detail with serious people)
She is not a beginner horse at the moment, but would make a teen with trainer or young adult one heck of a mount. Definitely potential to be a kids horse with consistency.
Never offered a rear or bolt, has only thrown a one leg cow-kick type buck a handful of times in the 3 years I’ve owned her.

Easy keeper, barefoot. Stands relatively well for the farrier, but does not like needles from the vet. Not dangerous, just sensitive 🤷🏼♀️
Primarily on a hay diet—very easy keeper
UTD 4-way, rabies/Potomac, and negative coggins
She is the same horse every single time whether she sits for a couple weeks or all winter long.
More go than woah in a sense that she is click/smooch trained, she will pick up the next gate immediately with zero hesitation.
An absolute dream on the lungeline
She goes english and western, she has a very comfortable little jog.
I am going to be EXTREMELY fussy about where this mare ends up. Looking for a forever barn/pasture/person not a re-s. I’m happy to have her stay until the absolute PERFECT person comes along.

Has been to a few small local shows.
Will go with a first right of refusal and no slaughter contract. She is a very special girl and I just want to see somebody using her to her full potential, she loves having a job. She would excel in pleasure, but realistically could go in any direction.

With 7 horses and two young kids, I don’t have the time to be consistent with her, and she looooves having a job. Somebody give this girl the bright future she wants and deserves!
