This is Pepper’s Dividend aka Liberty, a 15.3 hh AQHA bay roan mare. 11 years old. She has been started on barrels. She is very FAST and not for a beginner. She walks, trots, lopes, and has a great stop. She backs with no issues and steers great with your legs. She needs an experienced rider with a firm hand. She has never bitten, kicked, or reared but I’ve gotten a small little buck out of her before on two occasions while loping. She is also buddy sour. She is great when there are other horses in or around the arena but she can be rushy when she is alone. (I will note that this trait has never been something that is bad enough to make her dangerous or unridable and it has not bothered me. I have trailed her out by herself multiple times with no issues other than her wanting to break into a trot sometimes. She has never been out of control from this. She will still sit still if asked. I just want to be transparent that she does have this trait to some degree.) She stands very relaxed and quietly. Easy keeper, she is barefoot. No health issues or maintenance. Stands great for the farrier. No issues with bathing. She loads into my little two horse straight load trailer with no hesitation or issues. She’s up to date on coggins and vaccines. She may need her teeth done soon. I see lots of potential with her moving forward on barrels! She is a very fast horse and responsive in turning. Located in Fulton
