Almost 2.5 year old mustang mare. Currently 13.2hh, but anticipated to be around 14.2hh. She has a strong build.

From the Devils Garden mustang herd in Modoc County. DG mustangs are managed by the USFS and do not have brands. Instead she is microchipped. She was gathered as a baby by USFS. I got her at ~6 months old.

I do not have time or money for her, and my available time is only decreasing.

Very smart & inquisitive, great mover, nice conformation.

Only handled by a trainer and beginner with oversight by trainer.

Halters easily and leads fairly well (might try to be in your pocket in unknown places). Can catch her from the field easily.

Has been down a multi-use trail several times. Has seen bikes, joggers, baby strollers, dogs, cross country kids race, and cars. Has been hauled to the beach, community arenas, and 2 other locations.

Can pick up all 4 feet. Barefoot, usually gets trimmed with a hay bag in front of her.

Working on standing tied. Has stood for 20 minute increments. (I never counted.)

Has groundwork established on ground and in a round pen. Has been saddled and lunged with a saddle and pad, bareback pad, surcingle, and bit and bridle.

Currently living in a paddock with a run-in shelter. She gets turned out to a grass field depending on weather. Has been in the field with a mare and 2 other geldings. Respects hotwire and fake hotwire.
