Judges love him! Big and Impressive! This horse is a great all around horse. I'm an adult amateur and have showed him extensively. He has done dressage shows, eventing (starter level) and Equine Trail Sports, obstacle challenge. On XC he is green but brave, does water, ditches, everything. We just came back from Galena Illinois on a 2 day trail ride and he was awesome. He is always either in first place or the top 3 every show in dressage. He recently got an 18.3 score! (Eventing dressage) in October. He hauls like a dream, ties, bathes, clips, up to date on all vaccinations. He can live inside or out. I do everything by myself, he's very easy. He's super laid back in lessons and has great ground manners.
He did have back surgery April 2022. Gave him lots of time off and this year I've probably done 8 shows, weekly lessons, and ridden him 5-6 days a week. No issues. I've had him to the vet for a check-up (back/hocks) this July and September and my vet said he looked great! No hock or back issues. Vet records available. I plan to continue to ride with a dressage and hunter trainer this winter and keep improving on this talented horse! I'm only selling because I want a smaller QH. I'm an older rider. Beau is just shy of 17 hands.
