2019 AQHA/APHA Sorrel Mare - 14.2
Birdie was started as a reiner and converted into a ranch rider this year. She is super easy to get along with, tries hard, transitions up/down like a dream, hauled all over the place and you can hop right on her and put her to work, loves to hit the trails (alone or in a group), brave and game for anything you throw at her, and very expressive in the show pen! Introduced to cows this past month and walked through the herd with no problems!
She has experience and lots of wins in VRH ranch riding, trail and conformation along with AQHA wins in both Open and Amateur. Won Junior VRH Highpoint Award at her very first show earning 15 AQHA points and AQHA All-Around 3rd Place award. She is qualified for the 2024 VRH World Show in Junior - Ranch Riding, Ranch Trail, and Ranch Confirmation. Also qualified in Open and Amateur Ranch Trail for 2023 AQHA World Show at her first show. With limited showing she ended up year end Champion in VRH Junior Ranch Riding, VRH Junior Ranch Trail, VRH Junior Ranch Confirmation, and VRH Amateur Ranch Trail!
