She's a great trail horse. I got her three years ago as my first horse to use for gaming. As she gets older, I've decided to retire her. I recently got a new barrel horse, and it's just too expensive to keep them both. I'd like her to go to a good house to live out her days. She'd be great as a trail horse and loves being outside. She is good on trails. I've never had her spook on me, and while she gets a little more energy on the walk back, she never gets hot or annoying. The only thing she won't do is walk in oceans or rivers. But if she sees a buddy go in, she will usually follow. She would also love to be a pasture buddy to another horse. She has good barefoot feet and has never had shoes. She eats any hay and takes rice bran and senior feed in the winter only. She is content in the stall at night or outside. She doesn't need anything extra and is a super easy keeper. Now, her cons. She does not trailer on her own. She used to trailer perfectly, but one day, something must have happened on our drive to a rodeo because she refused to get back in for me, and I needed some help getting her in. I worked with her for a couple of months, and she was improving, but it was still a struggle. So, I decided to try getting her in with a buddy. She went in easy, and I haven't trailered her on her own since. If someone worked with her, I'm sure she'd do fine by herself. But, I just don't have the time to work with her because of my new horse. She isn't a kid riding horse but does fine with them on the ground. She has never had a problem with other horses. She has been in a pasture with multiple horses and has been in a pasture by herself, and she doesn't mind either way. She was my first horse, and I learned so much from her, so a good home is a must. She has been in the pasture since August so she's a bit out of shape. Message me for more info and pics, she is a beautiful horse.
