Sumaera is a 6 year old extremely athletic and surefooted gaited trail horse. Best Attributes: fast gait, sensible, ridden and trailered A LOT alone but can ride with gaited or non-gaited horses, sweet disposition and eager to please, bottomless endurance,100% guaranteed sound with no known injuries., doesn't matter but she's GORGEOUS. Sumaera is a great mare. I have ridden her in South Dakota, Hocking Hills, Shawnee National Forest, upper peninsula of MI, etc. She's been on the infamous goat trail in Hocking Hills and made it up to Black Elk Peak and back to Iron Mountain camp in less than 6 hours. She's an absolute mountain goat when it comes to the mountains. She can go all day and will be ready to ride the next day. She has an amazing rack and was clocked at 22 mph by my trail app. She's a submissive horse in the herd. She's the least "Marish" mare I've had. Because she's willing to please and so athletic, I'd love to see her go to an experienced person who will take her on big adventures. She's been highlined countless times and I have left her in camp ALONE on the highline. She is not an independent horse in the herd which I thought would make her timid on the trail but under my saddle she will go anywhere and do anything with a willing, hardworking attitude. She doesn't have a lot of fancy tricks but she'll cross any water, tackle any obstacle, and carry you safely all day long.
