Oakley is an 18 year old 16.2hh Dutch Warmblood mare jumping 3’6+ easily, goes well in dressage, does lead changes, smooth canter, responds to half halts. She has no buck/rear/bolt/kick and is completely beginner safe. Oakley is a happy go lucky horse under saddle and loves to trot. She had the most BEAUTIFUL extended trot and can take any rider in any direction. She does well on cosequin, and can easily be jumping any height. Does not refuse, spook, etc. she will jump anything you put in front of her. She does need some work with tying, as she can be claustrophobic in cross ties, and does better hitched to a rail. Stands for grooming, baths, farrier, tacking. BEAUTIFUL big warmblood feet, is currently barefoot and thriving although shoes are recommended for a jumping career! She is the absolute perfect horse under saddle. She needs someone who connect and bond with her, preferably someone with previous experience in riding. She enjoys time alone and does well in a boarding facility/ pasture. She does not like to be stalled so pasture/ turnout boarding would be bests for her!
