Vipp learns VERY fast. I highly recommend an experienced horse owner because learning very fast means she can learn bad habits fast too. I love her build, slender throat latch, short back, fine bones, small muzzle. She is dappled in summer. She has been ridden several weeks, but I still consider her green broke. Would have to be 'restarted' on your plan because she has not been ridden since end of October 2023. She is obedient and has had a LOT of ground work done. 14 hand 4 yr old mare, palomino, loads, leads, trims, hobbles front, sideline hobbles, hind leg hobble, tie out long w/o getting tangled, lifts her chin up for me to put lead rope on (!!), puts her head down to get pet on the face. (latter two things she taught herself), faces up, generally not spooky, comes to a whistle, obeys words 'move over', 'back', etc. will load in any trailer, easy to catch. She is green broke to ride and has been ridden in the woods, but must be re-started. She's been out to pasture 4 months. Nice short back, small muzzle, finer boned, strong hooves. Cons: She is VERY sensitive. Like touching her mouth. But I've learned with her it is more a defiant thing and as soon as I tie her super short to deworm her, she accepts it no problem. Will need a no nonsense owner without being abusive.
