Class Riot 'Rosalie' is a kind, young OTTB mare up for on-site half-lease in Davidson, NC. Rosalie has impeccable, quiet ground manners in all aspects at home and off property. She has been off the track for just over a year with several months of down time before starting under saddle. Under saddle, Rosalie is currently schooling BN/N level with room to grow. This mare never says no to a fence or task at hand. Although at times she can have her opinions of how to go about a task, she is a very willing partner working through her greenness.

Ideal leaser would have a skill set beyond the beginner basics of flatting. Leaser would be required to take lessons with Bonnie Mosser or I at least 1x weekly. Opportunities to travel offsite and compete are available.
