Meet Ashanti, she is a 14.2 big bodied paint pony mare. Her foundation has been in the eventing field, but she is experienced in western and trail riding as well. She is a fabulous, safe, versatile mare. She has been ridden successfully by adults and children. She loves to move, but is safe at the same time. As far as her jumping, she is brave to the fences, never stops or refuses. Ashanti is the one that I pick when I am going on a trail ride, or camping with the horses. She is confident and brave, but kind and safe at the same time. She is wonderful around the kids. She loves to be brushed by the little ones, and is very safe and trustworthy. She would be a phenomenal mount for OHSET in any discipline. She has been on vacation in the pasture for the past 6 months so needs some tuning up. Great for the farrier and the vet. No bad habits. She is very healthy, never been lame or colicked. She is does not require shoes. She can be turned out with mares and geldings, and gets along very well with both.
