She started her first 4 years of life as a 4-H, has been our go-to for beginner riders. Can stand for weeks or months and hop on without lunging. Was just asked to carry a flag at the veterans day program at a show back in November with my granddaughter. Carried a 70+ y.o. lady at Brown County state park for a long holiday weekend as well as my very beginner husband and granddaughter on several weekend rides. Just cleared some trails cutting branches that dropped on her butt, head, shoulders, she does not move until I tell her to. Can drag branches. Ponies other horses even young ones. Gave us a beautiful palomino filly 2 years ago. Just cut brush off her back on our trails. She knows and works off leg cues. Have video of walk, trot, stop AND back with only legs, NO REINS. Not a spooky horse, no maintenance, never been sick or lame in the 7 years we have owned her. Just got new front shoes put on, got her shots including rabies and west-nile, teeth just done, current coggins.
