Wanda is a gorgeous, no drama, smooth moving filly that has grown up with good handling. She ties, high lines, hobbles, clips, bathes, hauls, stands perfect for the farrier, and gets along with everyone in turn out. She has been SO quiet and easy to have in the barn!
Wanda has a light start in showmanship, and some gentle first rides on her in the arena and outside. She is easy to saddle and bridle, stands quiet for mounting and knows her manners.
She rode off her first ride with me like she’d been doing it her whole life, absolutely no panic / buck / rear / etc in this filly - she wants to be broke and partner up. Wants to catch her leads and be soft in the Snaffle.
She loves to be outside, has plenty of courage pushing cows up to the barn, and does not mind heading out by herself. On top of all that, she has nice strong bare feet! Not spooky or high strung, just a quiet, brave, girl!
Wanda’s perfect person dabbles in mountain trail, trail riding, and hiking some OFEA type showing.
