Poncho and Left the “Dream Team”are the absolute coolest things you’ll ever see. They are the most phenomenal driving team we’ve ever had and so broke in the harness you can do anything with them.
They are palomino TENNESSEE WALKER / DRAFT crosses. If you want something different and a step above what’s better than a rare cross like these boys. They are 16 hands, stout with huge bone and big feet. They have beautiful gaits and are always rythmatic and in tune with each other. They are 100% solid, safe and sane and even a novice can drive them.
They stand like soldiers to be harnessed and hooked up. When you stop them and “park” they will not move until you tell them to step up. They take off smooth as glass and you never feel like you’re moving. Poncho and Lefty are the perfect parade setup and are completely traffic safe. None of the floats or noise bother them. They’ve pulled farm machinery. They’ve pulled a feed wagon. They’ve done weddings and they’ve pulled a large hearse for funerals. They are truly the most versatile team you could ask for.
They will also drive single if you choose. We will NOT split them up under any circumstance. They are brothers and been together their whole lives. They are not stupid about being separated and you can take one and do whatever you need to with him.
They come with a beautiful antique Roberts 2 seat carriage that is black with gold interior that is the perfect match to the horses. This is a complete rig that is ready for anyone to start a wedding or any other driving business today. You’ll never see another setup like this and you’ll be the envy of the town.
Poncho and Lefty have also been ridden but definitely driven way more than ridden. They have impeccable manners no matter what you’re doing with them. They will stand tied for days. They bathe great. They’re easy to catch. They load and haul like crazy good!
