Frank is a fully gaited Tennessee Walking horse, who is amazing to ride. He is gentle, friendly, and has a fabulous disposition. He is an honest citizen, easy to catch, load, trim/shoe, no bad habits. He stands 16.3 hands, and weighs 1200 lbs. He is no tiny-tot, but more of a gentle giant! We guarantee him sound-as-a-dollar, he has always had the best of care, never mistreated in any way. Frank was initially trained and shown by Master Gaited Horse Trainer Dub Ivins of Happy Hill Stables in Fort Worth, Texas. Dub has trained many champions and brought home many blue ribbons from the world shows. Frank was personally selected by Bucky Sparks, well known master trainer and gaited clinician, who travels the country showing people a more natural way to work with gaited horses. Bucky can be seen on TV’s channel Road to the Horse. Frank is set in all his gaits. He can dog walk along on a loose rein to enjoy rides with all your quarter horse trail riding friends; he can be moved up to an amazing flat walk that just eats up the ground with his great overstride. He can then be moved into the classic running walk that he can carry for miles at 10mph or more. He has a lovely rocking chair canter that puts a smile on every rider’s face. If you want to run this big boy has SPEED to burn, so hold onto your hat! Frank is easy handle and has driven cattle, pulls a cart, and has also packed on hunting trips, and has been used in therapy work and clinics. Don’t buy him if you have a lot of horses that need riding, because after the first ride, you are going to want him for your everyday mount. Why would we sell such an animal? When you have a whole bunch of young horses coming up, and they need lots of riding, but you have a job to do, forget it, just ride Frank. So, to the right approved buyer we thought we would share the joy of Frank. For more info. contact Mike Leonard 505-320- 1893
