2020 grade QH mare “Dottie” is a super quick and athletic girl that is well built, very thick, and has an impressive floaty stride. Dottie has a nice and correct start on her, w/t/l, and works off the leg well. She has been ridden out extensively in the mountains, she is sure footed and I feel completely safe on her riding out alone. She has had a rope swung off of her, drags items, hobbles, ties and trailers well. She will need more rope work before she is useable. I’ve ridden her around bareback and in a halter with no issues. No buck, rear, or kick, but has pulled back on occasion. Dottie is a very sensitive horse and is on the higher strung side. She will need someone quiet and confident to finish her out, as I would still consider her green. She has not had a lot of time in an arena. The only reason we are selling is because she is on the smaller side (14.2 hands). We do know a bit about her breeding and we’re in the process of seeing if she could be registered, but for now she sells as grade. Asking 6️⃣0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣, located in McLeod, Mt.
