DD Merkur is sired by DD Malibu (Prince Maximus Sur Mer x Ironwood Helena by OH Wynn) and out of our stunning grey mare LVG Faksi (Prydarson x Skjenna Gard Fiorgyn by Felix). He is a white dun, grey recessive with a high chance that he carries red as well (both parents are recessive). Malibu will only have two foal, so this guy is interesting for anyone looking for unique bloodlines without importing. Merkur is going to have a beautiful head and extraordinary movement. We would love to keep him myself for our program, but he is too related to most of our mares or as a white dun undesirable to breed to our white dun mares. I would love for him to go to a breeding home and potentially get a filly out of him back and/or possibly a co-ownership if sold in the PNW. Dressage home is a plus too!
