We bought Hippo to use as a recipient mare but sadly after a horrible breeding year, mlost of our recips weren't used. She was told she was used prior as a ranch/trail horse and the owner purchased her for his kids to ride. She has foaled before and is the lowest horse on the totem pole. We love her!!!!! Can't afford to feed my open mares so my loss is your gain. Barefoot and sound. To me she's green under saddle the two times I rode her. Clips, trailers, ties, trims, etc like a good horse should. Easy to catch.
